Nanoflex® AG 1-4

Imagine invisible protection with the strength to repel up to 95% of dirt and 98% of moss, lichen and fungus from absorbent materials such as stone, concrete, brick or terracotta – and lasting over 10 years*.

Nanoflex® AG 1-4 creates an ultra-thin breathable 3D network on the surface of the substrate, which permanently repels water and dirt from the porous structure. Thus coated materials exhibit 3-fold freeze/thaw resistance (EN 1338) and stay clean for over a decade.

Its water and dirt-repellent properties on all mineral and absorbent surfaces also extend the scope of application from monuments to sand!

The strong chemical bond to the OH surface groups guarantees outstanding permanence in relation to weather resistance, as well as mechanical and chemical durability.

Through the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (organic and inorganic) structures, Nanoflex® AG 1-4 constitutes part of the Nano-Care Deutschland INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept.

* Please note that the initially strong pearling effect can diminish after a few years due to the deposit of fine dust particles. However this in no way impairs the protection.

Application: The liquid is applied to the surface using standard pump spray systems. If the substrate doesn’t instantly absorb the liquid, roller application is advised to ensure uniform wetting. The coating is waterproof after approx. 6 hours and fully cured after 24 hours. It can also be used after in-depth impregnation of the surface with Nanoflex® Infusion. The primary treatment should air-dry for 5 days before Nanoflex® AG 1-4 is used as a final coat.

Nanoflex® Infusion

This high-performance product penetrates deep into absorbent mineral substrates such as stone, concrete, brick or terracotta and guards against hydrostatic pressure and rising water.

Nanoflex® Infusion creates an ultra-thin breathable 3D network deep in the pore system, which permanently repels water ingress and is certified in accordance with DIN EN 1504 – 2.

Its water and dirt-repellent performance on all mineral and absorbent surfaces extend the scope of application to monuments.

The strong chemical bond to the pore system of the surface guarantees outstanding permanence in relation to weather resistance, as well as mechanical and chemical durability.

Nanoflex® PRE 440

Nanoflex® PRE 440 is a special formulation based on active molecular ingredients, designed to restructure and revitalise mineral and organic substrates.

Nanoflex® PRE 440 delivers a complex SIO2 layer to enhance the natural structure of the substrate and uses specially adapted chemical-physical cross-linking technology to form a highly stabilising three-dimensional network.

The mechanical, chemical, physical and thermal stability of the substrate is significantly improved. This has an enormously beneficial effect on the static properties of previously eroded substrates , and increases abrasion resistance.

The product is used primarily to impede or delay erosion and revitalise mineral substrates.

Through the intelligent arrangement of hybrid (organic and inorganic) structures, Nanoflex® PRE 440 constitutes part of the Nano-Care Deutschland INTELLIGENT HYBRIDS® concept.

Nanoflex® AG System

The AG System Coat application system comprises a permanent protective layer, which prevents paint particles from penetrating the pore system of the mineral surface. This repels up to 95% of dirt and 98% of moss, lichen and fungus from absorbent materials such as stone, concrete, brick or terracotta – lasting over 10 years*.

Nanoflex® AG System Coat creates an ultra-thin breathable 3D network on the substrate, which permanently repels water and dirt from the porous structure. Thus coated materials exhibit 3-fold freeze/thaw resistance (EN 1338) and stay clean for over a decade.

Its water and dirt-repellent properties on all mineral and absorbent surfaces extend the scope of application to monuments and even sand.

Specially formulated to remove graffiti, Nanoflex® AG System Clean completely removes graffiti over 10 cleaning cycles.
